Our new, Coarse Cross Buff® is used by the engine rebuilding and remanufacturing industry to remove heavy carbon deposits from combustion chambers and exhaust ports in cast iron heads of gasoline and diesel engines. In addition to the new, Coarse grade, Very Fine and Medium Cross Buffs® are available for honing lifter bores in blocks, refinishing bores in brake and clutch cylinders, porting/polishing aluminum heads and polishing bores in carburetors, fuel injection throttle bodies and automatic transmission valve bodies.
